Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the review and information website available at springbok-au.com (the "Site") operated under the project name Spring Bok. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms as updated from time to time. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Operator" means the entity responsible for operating and maintaining the informational and review Site at springbok-au.com, referred to in this document as Spring Bok. The Operator is not a gambling service provider and does not offer real-money wagering facilities to users in Australia.

• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake of money or money's worth placed by a Player with a Third-Party Operator on the outcome of a game, event, or other contingency. No Bets or Wagers are accepted, processed, or settled on the Site itself.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, matched deposit, or similar incentive that may be advertised or described on the Site but is granted, managed, and enforced solely by a Third-Party Operator under its own terms and conditions.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, logos, trademarks, reviews, ratings, guides, research excerpts, data, software, audio, video, and other material displayed on or made available via the Site.
• "ACMA" means the Australian Communications and Media Authority, the regulator responsible for enforcing the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) ("IGA") including the register of blocked offshore gambling services at https://acma.gov.au/check-if-gambling-operator-legal.
• "Interactive Gambling Laws" means the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), associated regulations, directions, and any applicable state and territory laws in Australia that regulate the provision and advertising of gambling services.
• "Account" means a user profile or account created on the Site (if such functionality is offered) for the purpose of subscribing to newsletters, saving preferences, posting comments, or otherwise interacting with Site features, but not for placing real-money Bets.

Account Registration

The Site is primarily an informational and review resource. In some cases, Spring Bok may provide optional user Account functionality (such as newsletters, preferences, or comment features). If and when Account registration is enabled, the following conditions apply:

Eligibility and Age Requirements

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your place of residence to create an Account or use any interactive features of the Site.

Registration Process

User Obligations

• Prohibited use: You must not use the Site or any Account to:

  • circumvent ACMA blocking measures or other regulatory enforcement actions.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Spring Bok is a review and informational site only and does not host, operate, or provide any real-money casino games, sports betting, or other interactive gambling services. References to "Betting & Gameplay Rules" in these Terms are therefore limited to how the Site describes or presents such rules in relation to Third-Party Operators.

No Bets on the Site

• No wagering facility: You cannot place Bets, Wagers, or real-money stakes on or through springbok-au.com. All betting and gameplay occurs exclusively on the platforms of Third-Party Operators, under their own terms and conditions.
• Informational purpose: Any mention of game rules, payout structures, minimum/maximum bets, or game strategies on the Site is provided for information and review only. It does not constitute an offer, invitation, or solicitation by the Operator to gamble.

Third-Party Betting Rules

• Separate contract: If you choose to visit an external casino site (for example, a domain operated by Quadgreen N.V. in Willemstad, Curaçao or any other offshore brand) via a link on the Site, you enter into a separate contractual relationship with that Third-Party Operator.
• Applicable rules: All rules relating to:
  • minimum and maximum bets,

  are set and enforced exclusively by the relevant Third-Party Operator.

Conduct in Interactive Areas

• Respectful behaviour: You must not use language that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise offensive.
• No incitement or facilitation of unlawful activity: You must not encourage others to use illegal gambling services, to evade ACMA blocks, or to breach Australian or other applicable gambling laws.
• No fraud or misrepresentation: You must not impersonate other persons, misrepresent your affiliation, or disseminate misleading or false information about Third-Party Operators, results, or bonuses.

Bonus Terms

Payments & Withdrawals

Spring Bok does not process payments, accept deposits, or execute withdrawals for gambling activities. Any references to payment methods on the Site are descriptive of how Third-Party Operators may operate. The following clarifications apply:

No Gambling Transactions on the Site

Refunds of Bets, Deposits, and Bonuses

Limitation of Maximum Compensation

• Excluded damages: Subject to non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the Operator will not be liable for:

  • loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data; or
  • gambling losses or harms (financial, psychological, or otherwise) arising from your use of Third-Party Operators.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and its Content are reserved by the Operator and/or its licensors.

Ownership

• Site Content: Unless otherwise stated, the Operator owns or is licensed to use all copyrights, database rights, trade marks, logos, design rights, and other intellectual property subsisting in the Site and its Content, including but not limited to editorial reviews, research summaries, layout, and look-and-feel.
• Third-party marks: Names, logos, and brands of Third-Party Operators (including "Springbok Casino", references to Quadgreen N.V., Curaçao, and any related brand marks) may appear on the Site purely for descriptive and nominative purposes. Permitted Use

Termination & Suspension

Grounds for Suspension or Termination

• Breach of Terms: The Operator may suspend or terminate your access or Account if it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, including by:
  • using the Site to promote or facilitate unlawful offshore gambling to persons located in Australia;
  • engaging in abusive, defamatory, or otherwise unacceptable behaviour; or
  • attempting to interfere with the technical operation or security of the Site.

Procedure and Effects

• Notice: Where reasonably practicable, the Operator will notify you of suspension or termination via email (using the email address associated with your Account, if any) or by displaying a notice on the Site.
• Account closure: Upon termination:
  • your right to access Account-restricted features of the Site will cease; and
  • the Operator may delete or anonymise personal data associated with your Account, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws.
• Funds and refunds: Because the Operator does not hold or manage gambling funds, suspension or termination of Site access does not involve any refund of Bets, deposits, or Bonuses. Any outstanding financial matters with Third-Party Operators remain governed by their own terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This section clarifies the legal framework applicable to your use of Spring Bok, without altering the mandatory protections afforded to you under Australian law.

Applicable Law

• Primary governing law: Subject to any mandatory provisions of the laws of your place of residence (including Australia), these Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is established and administers the Site.
